From this place, you will learn to surf feelings of stress, anger, or "stuckness" and discover the potential for more harmony with yourself and others. Non-violent communication techniques are introduced and practiced to help you find more fulfilling connection in your relationships. All of these tools, combined with true presence, allow you to experience more connection with your body, mind and emotions and to make more conscious choices on your life path.
