In a body-mind counseling sessions, you will learn tools to help you feel more relaxed and effective in your life.  You will learn to surf feelings of stress, anger, or "stuckness" and discover the potential for more harmony with yourself and others.  Mindfulness tools to manage negative thought loops will be introduced as a way to manage anxiety. Communication skills may be practiced to help you find more fulfilling connection in your relationships.  All of these tools allow you to experience more connection with your body, mind and emotions to empower you to make the shifts you'd like to see in your life or to take the next best steps towards your personal or professional goals.
