Kimberly Gladysz teaches transformational tools for breakthroughs in self-awareness and wellbeing. As a graduate of Naropa University in Body Mind Psychology, she is a licensed counselor in the states of Hawaii, CA and MT. Her creative approach helps one to synchronize body, mind and emotions with mindfulness tools to feel more connected with oneself, others and the world.  

As an elementary school teacher and school based therapist for middle school and high school, Kimberly brings a strong sense of collaborating with youth. She has also designed and instructed a stress management program for government executives in the Washington DC area. In her work in community mental health programs, she has worked closely with multi generational families.

She believes in the power of play and our innate wisdom in our healing.  She lives on Kauai where she enjoys outrigger canoeing and spending time in the beauty around her.
